Materials Prepare

The aluminum plate is polished after welding. Then the surface is treated by heat transfer printing process to make it have wood texture and touch.

Design

The drawings shall be prepared according to the site dimensions. Then input the data into the system of CNC cutting machine.

Plate Cutting

The CNC cutting machine automatically cuts the aluminum plate according to the input data.

Edge Banding

PVC edge banding strips are used for edge banding of honeycomb panels through the high-speed automatic edge banding machine.

Assembling

Assemble plates into cabinets according to design drawings
